Our Process

At Helping Hands we have a vigorous screening process. Associates are first tasked with a telephone interview. We then ask them to come into our office for a more formal interview. At this point they complete mathematics and English comprehension exercises to ensure their capability and compatibility with our clients. We then do reference checks and even Criminal Record Checks depending at the request of our client. After all those tasks have been completed we rank the associates and determine the place of employment for them.
